Rolebot is the world’s first job posting platform that effortlessly sources top talent. Rolebot’s AI searches far and wide to find a diverse group of professionals who match your ideal candidates. Each business day, you’ll receive 10 qualified candidates to review. Browse through the candidates and like the ones you’re interested in—the more you review, the smarter the AI gets at finding your perfect matches. Our team will then help you schedule interviews with the candidates who are eager to meet you.
Rolebot's Talent Success team (Yes, we’re human!) and we aim to provide a great candidate experience and ensure interviews are scheduled without a hitch!
Rolebot’s data shows that 1 in 5 interviews results in a hire for most customers.
Yes. Rolebot operates worldwide with customers in the US, Canada, Europe, Latin America and Asia. Our AI can be leveraged to hire for any professional role focused on the skilled workforce across any industry (e.g., ranging from an entry-level Individual Contributor to the C-Suite). Roles encompass Product, UI & Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Digital Marketing, Accounting, Finance & HR Ops and Health & Wellness.
At this time, Rolebot does not support any roles falling under the unskilled workforce umbrella (e.g., retail – merchandising, warehouse or restaurant waitstaff).
Rolebot ensures at least 33 percent of candidates surfaced to customers are diverse across every role. Most customers receive more than 50 percent candidate diversity per role.
Yes. We are currently integrated with Greenhouse, Lever, iCims, SAP and Okta.
Rolebot does not make placements. Rolebot does not take ownership or claim a representation timeframe on any of the candidates surfaced. Customers are welcome to engage and hire candidates at any time.
No, never. Rolebot does not charge placement fees. Rolebot is here to ensure your team’s success in interviewing and hiring the best candidate for the job at no additional cost per placement.
Rolebot is based on an active role slot limit, meaning you can launch up to a specific amount of roles. On annual plans, these can be swapped out at any given time, depending on your needs. You can also add as many users as you need for each role.
All of the candidates sourced by Rolebot are passive candidates, which means they are not aware of the opportunity yet, or necessarily looking for one but are most likely willing to entertain a conversation based on their career behavior/history.
Rolebot analyzes the profiles of the ideal candidates you provide when setting up a role and searches for a look-alike talent pool. Our algorithms source a wide pool of diverse and qualified professionals using sophisticated AI.
Rolebot’s AI builds a talent pool based on 100 publicly accessible data points across the web, including structured and unstructured data (conferences, certifications and professional networking communities).
Rolebot sees an average response rate of 30-50 percent across the board due to the consistency of engagement and the quality of candidates served. It is a continuous targeted approach that enhances your capabilities and delivers efficiently.
Rolebot is focused on the top of the funnel. We do not pre-screen candidates before delivering them to you. Rather, we pique their interest and schedule them with a designated team member from your organization. This guarantees a transparent, unbiased process that drives efficiency consistently.
Yes, Rolebot displays real-time role performance & DEI metrics in-platform.
Yes, if you prefer to engage directly on a case-by-case basis, simply "skip" a candidate, and Rolebot will abstain from further engagement.
Furthermore, contact information is provided upon receiving a response, empowering you to pursue independent engagement or re-engage at your discretion in the future.
Yes, all roles launched through Rolebot are confidential by default. Nothing is posted publicly.
The message is customizable and structured with content that you provide when launching a new role. It is sent out from Rolebot on a user’s behalf.
Yes, contact info is provided on all accepted candidates once a response has been received.
No, similar to any employer or recruiter, Rolebot cannot guarantee interviews or hires. Our control lies in delivering 15 candidates every business day and engaging all accepted candidates to present specific job opportunities and schedule interviews upon interest.
Nevertheless, Rolebot does achieve stronger KPIs than most employers or individual recruiters. On average, customers achieve a 5:1 response ratio or better, and a 10:1 interview conversion.
However, some roles and markets are more difficult than others. As a rule of thumb, if a role is required to be onsite, and it’s a remote location where the talent pool at-large is limited, the more difficult conversion will be. If a role does not convert any interest, the data you receive during the subscription period is yours to keep. You will always receive a pipeline of candidates with contact info to engage anytime at your discretion.
